Shipping & Returns:
Estimated Shipping & Delivery
All items that are in stock will ship via UPS or USPS within 2-5 business days. Items ordered together may arrive separately. Custom, made-to-order pillows will arrive on your doorstep in 3-4 weeks from purchase date.
Furniture that requires freight shipping costs $150 per piece. If your item is listed as a freight shipping piece then you must select that shipping charge during checkout in order to have your order processed. Increased shipping charges may be applied to oversized and bulky items.
Please select one of the expedited shipping options when checking out. If the product ships from a different warehouse we will do our best to have them ship expedited as well.
Processing and Confirmation
Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has been processed. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that tracking number will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier's tracking system, so if he link is not yet active when you receive our email, please allow 24 - 48 hours for the system to update.
Back Ordered/Out Of Stock
Our customer service team will send you an email if a product is back ordered or out of stock.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Mintwood Home purchases. If you are not satisfied, please fill out our return form below within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
When returning an item back to us, please make sure to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation. Once we receive the item and inspect it to ensure no damages we will refund your card minus the cost of shipping.
Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you. Please file a damages claim within 24 hours of receiving the item, be sure to include all information indicated below.

We are not responsible for customers incorrectly or incompletely entering information upon check-out (missing apartment number, wrong house number, etc.). Customers will be held responsible for any additional fees incurred to re-route orders.
Color - We have made every effort to accurately showcase product colors on our site, especially when it comes to our fabric swatches. Unfortunately, it is impossible to control the settings of each individual computer and we cannot guarantee that all colors will appear the same in person as they do on our site.
If you are ordering a custom pillow, we encourage you to e-mail us at email@example.com to request free fabric swatches to review before placing your order.
