Ordering

Processing & Confirmation

Order confirmations will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has been placed. We will send you an email once your item has shipped with tracking information. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Freight carriers tracking systems work differently. You may have to reach out on their websites to track your freight shipment. Please note that tracking number will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier's tracking system, so if the link is not yet active when you receive our e-mail, please allow 24 - 48 hours for the system to update.

Can I order a sample of fabric or wallpaper?

Yes, please email us at info@mintwoodhome.comwith the samples you would like to receive as well as the address you would like them sent to.

Do you offer a trade discount?

Yes, email us at info@mintwoodhome.com for more information. You must have a copy of your business or resale license and business card to apply.

How long does it take to receive a custom Mintwood Home pillow?

All custom pillows will be delivered to your doorstep 3-4 weeks after placing your order for fabrics in stock. If an fabric is out of stock we will let you know about the delay.

Re-Routing Packages

We are not responsible for customers incorrectly or incompletely entering information upon check-out (missing apartment number, wrong house number, etc.). Customers will be held responsible for any additional fees incurred to re-route orders. 

Product Variations

Color - We have made every effort to accurately showcase product colors on our site, especially when it comes to our fabric swatches. Unfortunately, it is impossible to control the settings of each individual computer and we cannot guarantee that all colors will appear the same in person as they do on our site. 

If you are ordering a custom pillow, we encourage you to e-mail us at info@mintwoodhome.com to request free fabric swatches to review before placing your order. 

Restrictions on use of site

All content on the Mintwood Home LLC site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Mintwood Home LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  You agree not to copy, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the materials contained on the site, absent the prior written consent of Mintwood Home LLC.

Changes to terms

Mintwood Home LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the terms under which"https://mintwoodhome.com"is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.

Design Services

Do you offer interior decorating services?

Yes, Heloise is a full time interior designer with projects all over the country. Please email us to see if we have any availabilities or to inquire about how we work. Check out our E Design packages here.

Can you help me find a specific fabric that I have been looking for?

Definitely! We have accounts at showrooms all over the country and have access to anything you need.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Details

Items that are are in stock and ship UPS, FEDEX, or USPS will ship within 3-7 business days. Then you can expect your package within 3-5 days from the day it ships. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment as we use multiple warehouses across the country. If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you within 24 hours M-F.  At this point we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. 

Furniture / Oversize Pieces

Furniture and other oversized item traveling via Freight Carrier take longer to arrive. On average freight shipments take up to 10 business days to ship and then there is travel time as well. If you are interested in a white glove delivery please call for a shipping quote (202)-686-1586. An additional charge will be applied.

Once you have been contacted by the local delivery agent to set up your delivery, you must be scheduled it within 5 business days. Please leave your phone number on your order form.

Expedited Shipping

Please select one of the expedited shipping options when checking out. If the product ships from a different warehouse we will do our best to have them ship expedited as well. Items that ship freight cannot be expedited. 

Final Sale, Made to Order, Custom Orders

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE, MADE TO ORDER, or CUSTOM it is not eligible for return. 

For orders placed between November 14th and December 31st, return request must be incited prior to January 14th and must be returned by January 31st. Items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in their original unused condition and packaging. 

Can I return a custom pillow?

All custom pillows are made-to-order and final sale, but we want our customers to be 100% satisfied.

Damages

Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you. Please file a damages claim within 24 hours of receiving the item, be sure to include all information indicated below.

- Order number

- Phone number

- Include Image(s) of damaged item as well as the box it arrived in.

- Please let us know if there is anything else we should know about your damaged item(s)

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Mintwood Home purchases. If you are not satisfied, please fill out our return form below within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for furniture, lighting, and rugs.

Some of the brands we sell charge a restocking fee for sending the items back to the manufacturer.

Custom items such as but not limited to pillows from Mintwood Home, Intaglios, Custom Art, Paul Montgomery Mural Sources, Regina Andrew, Newport Cottages, Natural Curiosities, Lands Down Under, and Old World Designs are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us to see if your product would require an additional fee for return before purchasing if you are concerned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning an item back to us, please make sure to ship back in the original packaging and choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking as well as delivery confirmation.

Once we receive the item and inspect it to ensure no damages we will refund your card minus the cost of shipping. Please note that if we gave free FREIGHT shipping, the refund amount will be less the amount of the original freight shipping cost that we paid to get the item to you. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping fee will be deducted from the order.
