The Artisan Bed is crafted in North America using solid wood and Oak veneers. Skilled artisans finish each piece by hand bringing out the rich grain and texture of weathered American White Oak.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY FURNITURE?
All Newport Cottages furniture is custom and handmade especially for you. The time required to process and build your order is up to 8-10 weeks.
WHAT KIND OF FINISHES DO YOU USE?
All finishes are low-VOC and non-toxic. Please note that different types of woods may vary in terms of finishes, and each has its own inherent qualities. Finish treatments and the antiquing process will create a unique finish on each piece. Color lots may vary slightly from batch to batch.
WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Furniture pieces can be picked up from their Southern California warehouse in Riverside or delivered directly to your home anywhere in the continental United States via standard delivery or white glove service. To add white glove service to your order please call us directly at 202-686-1586.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Custom items cannot be returned or refunded. All orders must be cancelled within 2 business days. If you have questions, please contact us.

Ships in 8 - 10 weeks
Items that are are in stock and ship UPS, FEDEX, or USPS will ship within 3-7 business days. Then you can expect your package within 3-5 days from the day it ships. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment as we use multiple warehouses across the country. If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you within 24 hours M-F. At this point we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.

For orders placed between November 14th and December 31st, return request must be incited prior to January 14th and must be returned by January 31st. Items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in their original unused condition and packaging.

These items are made with love and each product is created specifically for you. Because of the effort that goes into creating custom and made to order products we cannot accept returns for these items.
