Our natural fiber product is designed for indoor
use only. Use a soft, dry cloth to dust.

TO BE EXPECTED

Natural fibers are absorbent and can shrink or
expand depending on changes in humidity.

SPOT CLEANING

Wipe up any liquid spills immediately to avoid
warping or staining; do not let spills linger. Follow
up by blotting with a clean, damp cloth. Remove
small surface debris with a soft brush.

KEEP IN MIND...

Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Do not use silicone or alcohol-based agents for
any woven materials. Avoid placing in damp or
humid areas. Keep out of direct sunlight, as this
may cause fading.

Items that are are in stock and ship UPS, FEDEX, or USPS will ship within 3-7 business days. Then you can expect your package within 3-5 days from the day it ships. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment as we use multiple warehouses across the country. If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you within 24 hours M-F.  At this point we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.

For orders placed between November 14th and December 31st, return request must be incited prior to January 14th and must be returned by January 31st. Items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in their original unused condition and packaging.
